Clash with TRC in Lviv: Preventive measure being chosen for suspect Oleh Havrylov

Police suspect 23-year-old Oleh Havrylov of attacking law enforcement officers during an incident in Lviv when a TRC vehicle was overturned. The man punched one police officer in the head with his fist and then sprayed a gas canister in the face of another.

Sources in law enforcement agencies informed the media about this.

On July 10, a preventive measure will be chosen for Havrylov. He is the only figure in this criminal proceeding. The police note that the man may face up to five years of imprisonment.

According to sources, Havrylov is a serviceman who went AWOL. The man holds the position of drone operator and served in Kramatorsk until March 2026.
