The Defence Forces of Ukraine are striking both the land corridor to Crimea and the maritime route. Attacks by the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Russian tankers in the Sea of Azov have shattered Putin’s myth that it is the “internal sea of the Russian Federation”.

The spokesman of the Ukrainian Volunteer Army, Serhiy Bratchuk, spoke about the consequences Ukrainian strikes are causing for the enemy today, July 12.

He noted that it is currently impossible to say precisely which strikes will bring faster benefits — those on the land corridor or those at sea. The guest of the broadcast analyzed the territories affected by Ukrainian strikes.

“Today, I think, we can talk about logistics, including in the southern regions of the Russian Federation. Krasnodar Krai, Rostov Oblast, and Stavropol — these are the regions of the Russian Federation from which resources are sent not only to the Southern operational zone but also form and materially support a huge grouping of Russian forces — the Dnipro group. Here, too, is what the enemy managed to supply from Crimea, given its proximity to the southern regions of the Russian Federation. So today we see an entire complex of such puzzles that the Defence Forces of Ukraine are assembling into a picture that is positive for us,” Bratchuk said.

According to him, the operation referred to as a logistical lockdown is so strategic that the Russians probably still do not understand it today.

“Today, the maritime corridor for the supply of petroleum products is effectively already blocked. We are talking about gasoline, diesel fuel, and fuel oil. This work continues today for the temporarily occupied Crimea,” the spokesman noted.

The guest of the broadcast also drew attention to the fact that the Russians have major problems on the land corridor.

“Yesterday, the ‘governor’ of the temporarily occupied Sevastopol, Razvozhaev, claimed that gasoline could be bought in Sevastopol without restrictions. In fact, yes — it’s just that there simply isn’t any. This is about the strikes by the Defence Forces on the land corridor we are talking about. Let’s add to this, in particular, strikes on oil depots in the temporarily occupied Crimea and Kuban. We see an entire complex of tasks that the Defence Forces are carrying out every day,” Bratchuk said.

He stressed that the crisis with petroleum products for the Russians is deepening.

“Time in this regard is working against the Russian Federation. That is why today they are throwing enormous efforts at the front in order to achieve their strategic goal — to fully occupy Donetsk region,” the spokesman added.
