50 searches and suspicions: billion-dollar importer of components for electronic warfare "Fly-Group Ukraine" exposed in fraudulent schemes

LLC «Fly-Group Ukraine», registered in 2023, quickly gained the status of a company with billion-dollar turnovers. In 2024, the enterprise declared about 274 million UAH in income, and already in 2025 this amount reached almost 1.8 billion UAH.

Special attention is warranted by the case involving the import from China of 200 inverters, brought in using a customs benefit supposedly for the production of EW equipment. According to the official report, due to the misuse of the goods, the company incurred a tax liability.

Among the individuals associated with the company’s activities, open sources mention Andriy Yakovchuk, Vladyslav Mazyaruk, and Tetyana Makodzeba. At the same time, it remains unclear who actually controls the enterprise and its financial flows.

The possible role of Maksym Shapoval and Taras Shapoval also requires verification. This concerns their alleged involvement in financial transactions, procurement of components, conclusion of contracts, and movement of funds through related sole proprietorships.
