Head of the Customs Information Technologies Department of the Volyn Customs Serhiy Zdrobylko purchased a Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 (2020) car.

The declared value of the car is 693 thousand hryvnias. The funds for the purchase of the car came from the Volyn Customs.

The report also recorded two one-time expenditures on vehicles: on June 18, 2026 — 500.2 thousand hryvnias and on June 22, 2026 — 193 thousand hryvnias. The total amount of expenditures matches the value of the purchased car.

Zdrobylko declared a salary of 792 thousand hryvnias from the Volyn Customs. He owns an apartment with an area of 62.3 m² in Kovel, acquired back in 2005 for 78 thousand hryvnias.

His wife Lyudmyla Zdrobylko owns a land plot with an area of 1,000 m² in Kovel and an apartment with an area of 43.5 m² in Lutsk, purchased in 2022 for 497 thousand hryvnias.

In the 2025 declaration, Serhiy Zdrobylko reported 17 thousand US dollars in cash, and his wife — 39 thousand US dollars, 5 thousand euros, and 48.4 thousand hryvnias.

At the time of purchase in June 2026, the real market value of a 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 in Ukraine was approximately 850–1.05 million hryvnias, depending on mileage and technical condition. Thus, the declared value of the car is slightly below the average market value.
