Pro-Russian comedian Andriy Molochnyi still has real estate and business in Ukraine

Former star comedian Andriy Molochnyi, who became famous at one time thanks to the sketch show "Faina Ukraina", after 2014 practically disappeared from the Ukrainian television space, instead distinguishing himself with pro-Russian statements and work in the Russian Federation. It was he who at one time wrote about allegedly "crowds of fascists" in Kyiv and mocked the Ukrainian language. However, despite such rhetoric, Molochnyi is still connected to Ukraine not only through past work and acquaintances from show business.

As OBOZ.UA found out, the artist still owns real estate near the capital. According to the registers, in 2015 Andriy Molochnyi registered a residential house in the village of Hnidyn, Kyiv region, in his name.

The residence is located on a large plot of land with open access to a lake and a large orchard. According to the register, the land plot covers 229.1 sq. m, while the house itself is 169.3 sq. m.

It is worth noting that in the image below, on the left is a real low-quality satellite image of his house, on the right is a version enhanced with artificial intelligence, but it may contain some inaccuracies. As we can see, the plot has a spacious yard, landscaped area, and numerous trees in the backyard.

In addition to the house, the comedian’s company, LLC "MOLOCHNYI PRODUCTION", still appears in open registers. The enterprise was registered on August 2, 2010, and its main activity was the production of films, videos, and television programs.

However, the enterprise has been in a state of termination (in the process of liquidation) for over 11 years. The corresponding entry was made on March 12, 2015. It was Andriy Molochnyi who initiated the closure of the business.

Where is Andriy Molochnyi now

After the start of the full-scale invasion, Molochnyi completely disappeared from the public space. Because of this, assumptions circulated for a long time that he was living in Russia, where he had been building his career since 2014.

However, in October 2025, his former partner from the "Duet named after Chekhov", Anton Lirnyk, stated that, according to his information, this was not the case.

"He never lived in Russia and did not want to. I know that at the beginning of the full-scale invasion he lived in Kyiv. I cannot prove this, but I am sure that he is still in Kyiv. He did not go anywhere, but simply severed ties with everyone he knew," Lirnyk said.

At the same time, he emphasized that he has not been in contact with Molochnyi for over ten years and has no confirmation of his current whereabouts.
