It was there that the investigators found data on licenses from the CRIL and DAU PlayCity belonging to LLC “ALL CITY GAMES”. Under current legislation, the presence of gambling license markings beneath texts about biogas or industry indicates only one thing: the publication is directly linked to the owner of these licenses and is funded by them.

Thus, the attempt to create the image of a new investor failed due to his own carelessness. Finkelstein was unable to “clean up” the legal loose ends, which turned out to be too obvious. It is now clear that his nominal exit from the gambling business was merely a marketing ploy, while real control over Slots City remains in his hands.
