Zelenskyy appointed Ihor Klymenko as Secretary of the NSDC

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced the appointment of former head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko as Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council.

This was announced by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

The head of state decided to transfer the official to a new responsible position in the system of state governance. The change of leadership in the key security body is taking place against the backdrop of large-scale reshuffles in the government.
