Bloody day: Russia attacked Dnipropetrovsk region, Zaporizhzhya and Kherson region, with fatalities and over 40 wounded

Over the past day, Russian occupiers launched massive strikes on civilian infrastructure in three regions of Ukraine, resulting in one person killed and over 40 civilians, including six children, injured.

This is reported by the heads of the Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhya and Kherson Regional Military Administrations.

Russian troops continue intensive attacks on Ukrainian regions. The situation remains most tense in Dnipropetrovsk region, which the enemy shelled nearly 40 times, using drones, artillery, and aerial bombs. As a result of the enemy aggression in Kryvyi Rih district, a man was killed, and in other areas of the region, residential buildings, lyceums, kindergartens, and critical infrastructure facilities suffered significant damage.

The situation in Zaporizhzhya is characterized by an extremely high intensity of strikes: over the day, the occupiers carried out 1,041 attacks on 54 populated areas. The enemy massively used FPV drones, aviation, and artillery. As a result of the hits, 13 people were injured, including two children. Large-scale damage to infrastructure, housing, and outbuildings was recorded.

Kherson region was also under constant fire from enemy artillery and drone terror. Russian military deliberately struck residential areas and social facilities in many populated areas of the region, including Kherson. As a result of the shelling, 11 apartment buildings, 9 private houses, cellular communication towers, and an ambulance vehicle were damaged. 25 people became victims of Russian aggression in the region, including four children who were injured.
