In the night of July 19, units of the Defence Forces of Ukraine conducted an operation aimed at reducing the military-economic potential of the Russian aggressor by striking a number of critical enemy facilities.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In the Black Sea, two tankers were struck, and in the Sea of Azov — a floating crane. According to the military, these vessels are used by the enemy for transporting oil and fuel, as well as providing maritime logistics and conducting port operations in the interests of the occupation forces.

On land, Ukrainian defenders destroyed:

  • A Buk air defence system in the area of Zelenopillia, Zaporizhzhya region;

  • a road bridge near Novoekonomichne in Donetsk region, which the enemy actively used for military transport.

The Defence Forces of Ukraine continue to systematically work on stopping the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, depleting the enemy’s logistical and combat capabilities.
