The Solomyansky District Court of Kyiv granted the complaint and ordered law enforcement to enter information into the ERDR and initiate an investigation.

The case involves a possible scheme of fictitious employment of military conscripts through LLC "TRANSCOMGROUP". According to the statement, men were allegedly registered as drivers and logisticians without actually performing any work, in exchange for reservation from military service and the ability to travel abroad.

The price of such "employment," according to sources, could be $10,000 upfront, plus monthly payments to maintain the status.

But the most interesting part comes next.

One of these alleged "fuel truck drivers" reportedly turned out to be former ESBU detective Oleh Yashchuk. In his 2025 declaration, he reported over 120,000 hryvnias in salary from "TRANSCOMGROUP." However, according to the applicants, he had no relevant experience or permits for transporting hazardous cargo.

In other words, the former ESBU detective, who was supposed to fight such schemes, found himself in a story where a fuel truck, reservation, and travel abroad could come as a package deal.

The statement also mentions possible connections of Yashchuk to fraudulent call centers, cryptocurrency operations, and the withdrawal of funds through a network of fictitious companies.

All these facts are now to be checked by law enforcement.

Because if the scheme really worked exactly as described in the statement, then it is no longer just "getting hired as a driver." It is a conveyor belt of reservations, money, and tickets abroad during wartime.
