In Kryvyi Rih, employees of the territorial recruitment center attacked a foreigner. The victim turned out to be a Latvian citizen who attempted to protect himself from those liable for military service using a foreign document.

According to witnesses, the conflict between TRC representatives and the foreign citizen took place on Avramenka Street. The man showed the military personnel a passport of another state, but this did not stop the attackers, and they used physical force against him.
