In 72% of prosecutors with disabilities, the diagnosis was not confirmed, — OGP

The check showed that out of 437 Ukrainian prosecutors with disabilities, the diagnosis was not confirmed in 316 people (72.3%).

The Office of the Prosecutor General reported this in response to a request from «Obozrevatel».

As a result, disability status was canceled for 207 employees, and for 109 the group or term of previously established disability was changed.

The diagnosis was fully confirmed in only 121 prosecutors.

At the same time, as «Obozrevatel» notes, some prosecutors with disabilities could have resigned at their own request and not undergone the check, however their number is not recorded.
