Ministry of Defence expands supplies to the front: military will receive ground robots and heavy strike drones

The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine is launching the second phase of the "Basic Level of Provision" project, under which units on the line of combat contact will regularly receive the most in-demand strike assets.

This is reported by the Ministry of Defence.

From August, ground robotic systems and heavy strike drones middle strike will be added to the list of assets supplied to the troops. Previously, under the project, units received FPV drones, «Mavics», bombers, reconnaissance wings, and light middle strike.

Ground robotic systems will be supplied directly to units holding the defense line.

Heavy middle strike will be transferred to corps. There, they will be distributed among units that have trained crews and experience in the effective use of such systems.

The Ministry of Defence notes that thanks to this, each corps will have a guaranteed resource for striking the enemy at operational depth. Stable supply, according to the department’s plan, will also allow the military to better plan operations and act more proactively.
