Zelenskyy announced new strikes on Russia after the operation in Novorossiysk

Ukraine conducted a successful combined operation against Novorossiysk using long-range strike assets. According to verified data, Russian fleet ships stationed in the bay were hit.

This was reported by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

According to him, during the operation, “Palianytsia,” “Peklo,” “Bars,” and “Long Neptune,” as well as MICH, Fire Point, “Ramzai,” “Sichen,” “Trast,” “Kharyok,” “Bober,” “Liutyi,” “Dovbush” drones, and the “Sargan” and “Mamai” uncrewed surface vessels were used in coordination for the first time.

Among the main results of the operation, Zelenskyy cited strikes on Russian ships that had been hiding in the Novorossiysk bay. In particular, according to verified data, this includes the frigates “Admiral Essen” and “Admiral Makarov,” a large landing ship, a corvette, and other vessels.

The president also said that other Russian facilities involved in financing the war were struck.

Zelenskyy thanked the Ukrainian military for their precision and the developers and manufacturers of weapons for strengthening Ukraine’s long-range capabilities.

He added that Ukraine would continue to use long-range and medium-range assets to compel Russia to pursue peace. Priorities for the near term were set based on the results of the operation report.
