Fraudulent call center in Kamyanske scammed Israeli citizens out of 1.7 million hryvnia: detention video emerges

In Kamyanske, one of the organizers of a fraudulent call center was detained. Under his leadership, at least five Israeli citizens lost a total of 1.7 million UAH.

According to the police, law enforcement officers checked 867 addresses, conducted about 400 searches, and stopped the activities of 94 call centers.

The detainee, according to the investigation, led one of the so-called “senior” fraudulent call centers in Kamyanske. Its participants defrauded Israeli citizens by extorting money from them.

The police continue to identify all those involved in the network’s activities and check other episodes of possible fraud.
