Russia attacked Zaporizhzhya and Mykolaiv regions: one killed and several wounded

Over the past day, August 12, Russian forces carried out hundreds of strikes on Zaporizhzhya and Mykolaiv regions. In Zaporizhzhya, one person was killed and three others were injured, while in Mykolaiv region a civilian vessel was damaged as a result of the attack.

In Zaporizhzhya region, one person was killed and three others injured as a result of enemy attacks. This was reported by the head of the Zaporizhzhya Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov.

In total, over the past day Russian forces carried out 962 strikes on 52 settlements in the region. Nineteen airstrikes were recorded on Tavriiske, Samiilivka, Yuliivka, Horlytske, Vilne, Novoivanivka, Viktorivka, Chervonyi Yar, Omelnyk, Chervona Krynytsia, Yehorivka, Mykilske, Vasylivka, Novopavlivka and Zelena Dolyna.

Another 698 drones of various modifications, mostly FPV drones, attacked Zaporizhzhya and a number of settlements in the region. In addition, 245 artillery strikes hit settlements in Vasylivka and Polohy districts.

In Mykolaiv region, Russian forces also attacked the region with Shahed-type strike UAVs. According to acting head of the Regional Military Administration Heorhii Reshetilov, the port infrastructure of Mykolaiv district came under attack. As a result of the strike, a civilian vessel was damaged; no one was injured.

In Bashtanka district, the enemy attacked Snihurivka community five times yesterday and early this morning with Molniya-type drones. In the village of Tamarin, a private house and an outbuilding were damaged as a result of the shelling. No one was injured.
