"Russian Volunteer Corps" shared details of the search in the apartment of the missing deputy commander Kaplunov.

RVC commander Kapustin reported that he was present during the search. No compromising items were found, and nothing was seized. Currently, several DIU employees are waiting for a locksmith in the apartment to install a new lock — the door had to be broken down.

Kapustin added that the search was conducted by the police. He declined to comment on the SSU’s statement about preventing a terrorist attack. He also did not answer questions about Kaplunov’s whereabouts.

Lawyer Taras Borovskyi spoke about the clash between the DIU and the SSU. According to him, after the shootout in which three people were injured, SSU officers ordered the DIU personnel to lie face down on the floor, even though they were assisting the wounded. The injured were soon taken away by ambulance crews. Borovskyi did not blame the SSU, noting that one of the special services officers had lost their nerve.
