In Kyiv, from September 10, restrictions will be tightened due to the security situation: what will change

In the capital, due to the deterioration of the security situation, a number of changes are being introduced regarding the holding of mass events, the operation of city institutions, and informing the population about threat levels.

Mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klychko reported this.

From 00:00 on September 10, all entertainment and physical culture and sports events will be temporarily banned in Kyiv on open areas, as well as in buildings where there are no shelters.

Notifications about different threat levels and air alerts are already working in the city application «Kyiv Digital».

Business entities of various forms of ownership will be able to carry out activities in accordance with the government decision. At the yellow level of danger, the city will continue to provide Kyiv residents with necessary services. In particular, Administrative Service Centers (CNAPs) and institutions providing social services will operate.

Educational and medical institutions in Kyiv will operate according to previously defined security protocols.

All these changes will come into effect from 00:00 on September 10. The city is already taking the necessary organizational measures for their implementation.
