Million prepayment and suspicious firms: Law enforcement checks the owner of "VYRIY INDUSTRY" Oleksiy Babenko

An investigation has been launched in Ukraine into the activities of LLC «VYRIY INDUSTRY» and its owner Oleksiy Babenko over the probable failure to fulfill a large-scale defence order.

Law enforcement agencies have initiated a review following a relevant complaint regarding a contract for the supply of 120,000 FPV drones operating on fiber optics. According to the complainants, the company claimed to have the full volume of products in stock and received full advance payment but failed to meet its obligations for the timely delivery of the equipment.

The case materials mention a related network of companies, including «TEKHNOSPILNOTA», «Motor G», «EVERTRADE», «VK VERTEX», «ENEY TECHNOLOGY», and «DECEMBER ONE RND». Investigators are checking the involvement of these legal entities in carrying out financial and business transactions and redistributing the received funds.

It is noted that some companies from this list have shown anomalous growth in financial indicators. In particular, LLC «TEKHNOSPILNOTA» increased its revenue from 34.4 million to 734.2 million hryvnias in one year. Another company, «Motor G», after being registered in March 2025, declared over 500 million hryvnias in revenue in its first year of operation.

Special attention from investigators is drawn to the activities of LLC «DECEMBER ONE RND», where the main type of economic activity is listed as computer programming. At the same time, the company’s documents record transactions for the supply of video transmitters for FPV drones. Law enforcement officers are currently establishing all circumstances of the contract’s conclusion and execution.
