"Any mistress, cohabitant or kept woman — is this now fraud?" — Kolomoiskyi slammed NABU over the Ivakhnenko case

Ihor Kolomoiskyi stated that he does not like the approach of NABU detectives to the case of Yelyzaveta Ivakhnenko and accused them of "misogyny."

"I don’t like what’s happening. It seems to me that these NABU guys are real misogynists. What has it come to," Kolomoiskyi said.

He was outraged that, in his opinion, a woman receiving a gift from a man could now be considered an offense.

"So now any mistress, cohabitant, kept woman, or girlfriend — is that already fraud? Meaning if you gave her something, that’s already a problem?" the businessman fumed.

Kolomoiskyi also ironically raised the question of the need to declare gifts:

"Now, when giving her a gift, do you need to formalize something else? Oh wait, it turns out they’ll demand a declaration from you. Do you currently have a declaration for the gifts you’re giving?"
