NABU searches at Ternopil tax office: officials suspected of bribes from three companies

Yesterday’s NABU searches that took place in the Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in Ternopil region are linked to three episodes of criminal offenses that could have been committed by officials of the Ternopil regional tax office and are provided for under part 4 of article 368 of the Criminal Code.

This is reported by the Telegram channel "Seredych.info".

Thus, according to sources, the criminal proceedings involve three companies in relation to which and in whose interests the Ternopil tax officials may have acted illegally, namely: LLC "AP Kolos-2", LLC "Agrobiostandart", LLC "Geomine".

In the case of LLC "AP Kolos-2" and LLC "Agrobiostandart", the Ternopil tax officials allegedly reduced the extent of violations during a documentary unscheduled on-site inspection and applied reduced fines to the companies, for which they received a bribe of 25 thousand euros for each company.

In the case of LLC "Geomine", the criminal intent of the tax officials is being investigated, who allegedly assisted this company in recovering budget reimbursements: for this they demanded 12% of the reimbursement amount.

All this was done "under the cover" of the head of the Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in Ternopil region, Olha Lishchynska, her deputy — Mariya Melnyk, head of the tax audit department Dmytro Dmytruk, and several state inspectors.

In other words, Olha Lishchynska did not escape karma: she held positions in Odesa and Kyiv, and reached her "apogee" in Ternopil.
