According to sources of Ihor Lachenkov (Lachen) in law enforcement agencies, prosecutor Andriy Svatok is one of the main beneficiaries of call centers that operated from the territory of the Odessa region and called citizens of the EU and the USA.

A similar situation, according to the blogger, was in Kharkiv: prosecutor Yuriy Papusha was responsible for the operation of call centers oriented towards Europe and the USA.
