According to available information, in addition to “covering” call centers that worked for the USA and Europe, Prosecutor of the Odesa Regional Prosecutor’s Office Andriy Svatok and Head of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office Yuriy Papusha also controlled the funeral services market.

This was stated by blogger Ihor Lachenkov (Lachen).

According to sources, they demanded from $3000 for one burial at central cemeteries.

The officials did not shy away even from money belonging to families of fallen servicemen.
