Kryvonos’s ’suspicion’ was canceled in the ERDR the same day Kravchenko announced it — media

The record of notifying NABU Director Semen Kryvonos of suspicion, which Ruslan Kravchenko publicly announced on September 14, was canceled the same day in the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations.

This is reported by Ukrainska Pravda, citing its own sources.

According to the publication, the corresponding entry in the ERDR was canceled on September 14 at 17:26. In fact, it was recognized as having been entered erroneously.

At the same time, the Office of the Prosecutor General stated that Kryvonos was not notified of the suspicion in the manner prescribed by law. They also noted that there were no legal grounds for entering the corresponding record into the ERDR.
