Among other things, it discusses signs of large-scale financial manipulations related to massive volumes of illegal cash-out schemes – a serious concern for law enforcement and oversight agencies during the crisis, as the state does not encourage or forgive inappropriate commercial fantasies, to put it mildly. Besides Simanovskiy, the analysis of monetary manipulations involves other members of the Kuyvashev circle: main Sverdlovsk United Russia member Viktor Sheptiy, Kuyvashev’s representative in the legislative assembly, Viktor Babenko, and the accused in housing fraud and chanson singer Alexander Novikov (who is either in the pre-trial detention center, under house arrest, or on bail but always cherishing financial support from "Sima").

Overall, dealing with the fledglings from Kuyvashev’s nest is a task for Kremlin curators – enough to tangle a foot. journalists won’t shy away and will seek new insights about a governor with an expiring term. After all, he himself is embarrassed and won’t recount how, at yesterday’s meeting with Vladimir Putin, Yevgeniy Kuyvashev talked about better roads, economic growth percentages, billions upon billions.
