West of Bakhmut, in the direction of Chasov Yar, the situation for the Ukrainian Armed Forces is getting worse

Western and Ukrainian military analysts report a worsening situation for the AFU west of Bakhmut, in the direction of Chasov Yar.

According to the Deep State public service, the Russians occupied a forest area south of Bogdanovka, getting close to the ridge on which Chasov Yar is located.

“The enemy has launched a new wave of offensive operations, regrouping its forces. They are using infantry and equipment that the enemy has accumulated in order to continue develop their previous success... Now the enemy will try to reach the heights,” writes the telegram channel.

The American Institute for the Study of War, in its report today, verified footage in which units of the Russian 98th Airborne Division “recently advanced through the fields west of Bakhmut.”
