The Ukrainian Armed Forces effectively blew up a bridge near Bakhmut using a kamikaze robot
The Ukrainian military blew up a bridge in the village of Ivanivske, Donetsk region, which significantly complicated the logistics of Russian troops in the Bakhmut direction. Our defenders destroyed the crossing with the help of the ground-based kamikaze robot Ratel S.
The military uses it as a mobile warhead carrying anti-tank mines or a weapon station. This was announced by the Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov.
The Ratel S kamikaze robot operates remotely, so an operator from a safe place can blow up an enemy tank or dugout with it.
The range of use of the Ratel S kamikaze robot is 6 km, its maximum speed is 24 km/h, and its operating time without recharging is up to 2 hours.
The robot is designed to destroy various targets on the battlefield, primarily enemy armored vehicles. It has a special niche in which an anti-tank mine can be placed, and the Ratel S can also be used in tandem with mortar mines tied to the platform.
This development was created by Ukrainian specialists as part of the Brave 1 Defence Tech development support cluster. Currently, the kamikaze robot has already been put into mass production.
