Within a week, the Ukrainian Armed Forces liquidated 5,880 invaders and destroyed 880 units of military equipment

Over the past week, the Ukrainian Defence Forces have eliminated 5,880 Russian occupiers and destroyed 880 weapons and military equipment.

This was announced by the Commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Pavlyuk .

“During the week from April 14 to April 21, 2024, the Ukrainian Defence Forces destroyed about 5,880 enemy personnel,” the message says.

Significant losses were suffered by the weapons/military equipment of the Russian troops:

• 55 tanks;
• 131 armored combat vehicles;
• 167 artillery systems;
• 9 air defense installations;
• 326 units of vehicles;
• 21 units of special equipment.

In addition, our defenders destroyed an enemy aircraft, 26 missiles and 144 UAVs.
