The United States allocated the largest package of military aid to Ukraine worth $6 billion

The United States of America today, April 26, allocated the largest package of military assistance to Ukraine. Its total cost is $6 billion.

This became known from the statement of the head of the Pentagon, Lloyd Austin, after the meeting in the Ramstein format.

“I am pleased to announce the allocation of $6 billion as part of the Ukraine Assistance Initiative,” he said.

According to him, this will allow the United States to purchase weapons produced by American enterprises. Austin added that this relief package is the largest yet.

"It will include critical interception capabilities for NASAMS and Patriot systems. More drones and other equipment. Large quantities of artillery ammunition and surface-to-air missiles. To put this assistance on a sustainable basis," the official added.
