RVC showed a battle with Russian army in Vovchansk

On Monday, May 13, the Russian Volunteer Corps took part in repelling the offensive of Russian troops in the Kharkiv region. The soldiers of this unit fired at the invaders who wanted to gain a foothold in Volchansk from a captured BTR-82A.

This was reported in the official Telegram channel of RVC.

The battle took place in the area of the Vovchansk meat processing plant, the armored vehicle was moving along the streets on the outskirts of the city. The published footage shows how Russian volunteers fired a 30-mm cannon on an armored personnel carrier in the direction of the invaders.

“The BTR-82A of the RVC armored group is firing at the enemy trying to gain a foothold at the Meat Processing Plant and one of the streets in the vicinity of Vovchansk,” the message says.

Earlier in the spring, namely on March 16, the RVC armored group already used this armored personnel carrier to fire at enemy positions in the area of the Grayvoron automobile checkpoint. “I thank the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation for giving us the BTR-82A on May 22, 2023. Now it has returned home!” – the volunteers wrote then.
