A VIN code is a military individual number; it is assigned to each citizen liable for military service in the “Oberih” register. In particular, the barcode displays personal information when read.

According to Natalya, a serviceman from the Sumy TRC, during mobilization from May 18, if a man is not registered in the Oberih database, he is registered, all his personal data is entered (place and date of birth, registration, work, marital status, military registration specialty, service, deferments, reservation).

After this, a VIN code is generated and printed, which means that the person has updated the data in the TRC. You can paste the VIN code into a military ID or other military registration document.
