An explosion occurred in a high-rise building in Kyiv

Subsequently, the National Police provided details of the incident that occurred on June 7 at about 14:00. They noted that the Bucha police department received a message that in one of the residential complexes in the village of Sofiivska Borshchahivka there was an explosion on the fifth floor, followed by a fire.

As law enforcement officers previously established on the spot, during a power outage, the 42-year-old owner of the apartment connected the inverter battery and an explosion occurred. As a result, the victim received burns to his legs and arms.

Now doctors are examining him and determining the extent of his burns. The victim is conscious, his life and health are not in danger.
