Ukrainian Armed Forces commented on the supply of F-16s to Ukraine: “You shouldn’t expect a quick effect”

The Air Force urged not to expect a quick effect from the F-16.

“We shouldn’t expect a quick effect, since we must understand that pilots must get used to the airspace of Ukraine, since performing combat missions is somewhat different from training flights,” said Armed Forces Speaker Yevlash during the telethon.

He noted that fighters will be delivered to Ukraine gradually, and to effectively carry out their tasks a lot of them are needed.

Yevlash said that pilot training is already at the final stage, since they have already accumulated the required number of flight hours.
