Fedorov explained that previously, in order to get a license, you had to go to the institution, wasting time on this, but now with “Diya,” according to him, everything will be much simpler and without corruption risks.

“Entrepreneurs will be able to conveniently submit documents, restore or cancel licenses, track progress in document processing, pay for administrative services or file complaints in a few clicks through the Diya portal,” the minister said.

According to him, already at the first stage, licenses and declarations in the field of labor protection will be available, and from September it will be possible to obtain a license for veterinary activities. The list of areas and services will gradually expand.

"How it will be in practice. Conventionally, you want to start a veterinary practice, but for this you need to obtain a license from the State Food and Consumer Service. Previously, you had to collect an application, copies of the necessary documents and take them to the State Food and Consumer Service. Soon all this can be done in a few clicks on the portal" Diya," Fedorov said.

The minister noted that the system will automatically check the documents that the user uploads, and if everything is ok, it will issue a permit or license in a few minutes. If the system sees a risk, then the application will be reviewed by a representative of the government agency, in which case a response will be received within 10 days.
