They plan to make Reserve+ a full-fledged digital analogue of the TRC

The Reserve+ mobile application should become a full-fledged digital analogue of Territorial Acquisition Centers. To do this, some functionality must be added there. This is currently being worked on.

Deputy Minister of Defence for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization Kateryna Chernohorenko spoke about this during the telethon. She added that new services could be seen in Reserve+ within a few months.

"We plan to develop our application, we continue to work on building proactive government services online. We will add feedback for people so that people prioritize what further functionality we need to launch, we are conducting a survey on what exactly is needed for citizens. We are working on , so that Reserve+ becomes a complete digital analogue of the TRC,” noted Chernohorenko.

In her opinion, the services provided, which take up the time and resources of citizens, should be online.

“The Ministry of Defence has already established interaction with 8 state registries, and we believe that all services provided in the TRC and joint venture can be provided without additional visits,” Chernohorenko added.

According to her, the Ministry of Defence, for example, plans to provide deferments online, in particular for parents with many children and full-time students.

“We already have exchanges with these registries, and we would like to quickly implement this functionality,” summed up Chernohorenko.
