Inconsistency of the NBU: why is Diamond Pay still operating and the funds have not been seized?

I am very sorry for disturbing the leadership of the NBU, and I understand your workload, but I want to remind you of one unfinished matter.

Last Friday, you stopped providing services to the payment system Diamond Pay LLC, noting in your decision that the owner of this payment system is a tax resident and/or citizen of Russia.

The decision you made (without sarcasm) is complex and powerful, but it seems incomplete, because given the control of the payment system by the Russians, it should be instantly deprived of its license.

But this decision has not been made for almost a week.

Moreover, according to the analysis of the NBU audit, Diamond Pay controls 70% of the money in the gambling market and is involved in fraud with “drops”.

The question of money in Diamond Pay accounts also remains open, which, by analogy with the Russian Royal Pay payment system, should be immediately seized and transferred to the budget for the needs of the army.

There is no such solution either.

Let’s be consistent in our decisions, because for now it looks like Diamond is simply being pushed into the shadows, leaving them in the game.
