“Currently, a report of suspicion has been agreed upon against a person who was detained yesterday in the city of Dnipro, under Part 1 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - this is premeditated murder,” he said.

In addition, prosecutors filed a petition with the Halytskyi court of Lviv to select a preventive measure for the suspect in the form of detention without the alternative of posting bail. It is expected that a preventive measure will be chosen for him today.
