In Kyiv, Zelenskyy met with the Governor of Indiana
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with the Governor of the State of Indiana (USA) Eric Holcomb in Kyiv. During this meeting, with the participation of the head of state, a Memorandum of Cooperation between the Zhytomyr Region and the State of Indiana was signed.
Zelenskyy announced the event on his social media accounts . He expressed gratitude to Holcomb for his support of Ukraine and interest in cooperation at the regional level.
"Ukraine appreciates all the support that our state and our people receive from the United States. We have strong ties not only at the national level – between Ukraine and the United States – but also in relations with individual states, between our communities, between our people. All this strengthens both Ukraine and America, our positions in the world, our economies, our societies," the president emphasized.

With the participation of Volodymyr Zelenskyy, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the head of the Zhytomyr Regional State Administration Vitaliy Bunechko and the Governor of the State of Indiana Eric Holcomb. This document is aimed at developing economic, academic and cultural cooperation between the Zhytomyr region and Indiana.

The memorandum provides for strengthening economic ties, investment and trade relations, as well as the exchange of experience in the field of agriculture and high technology.
In addition, it will promote expanded cooperation between educational and research institutions, cultural organizations, museums, theaters and foundations in both regions.
