4 million Ukrainians have completely or partially lost their homes as a result of Russian aggression — these are our experts’ estimates, — noted the Member of Parliament.

Pavlo Frolov reported that, according to World Bank estimates, by the end of December 2023, this figure exceeds 3.5 million.

The Member of Parliament also added that Ukraine has been successfully running the "eReconstruction" program for several years, which provides Ukrainians with funds for housing repairs:

Repairs up to 200,000 — this is category A, from 200,000 to 500,000 — this is category B, and there is also category C — housing certificates for completely destroyed homes. As of today, we already have 15,000 verified applications from Ukrainians.

According to him, about 3,000 Ukrainians have already received new homes.
