Courts cancel most fines from TRC, - lawyer

The courts annul the majority of fines imposed by the TRC. This was reported by lawyer Oleksiy Shalaru.

According to him, the share of «annulled» fines in court is 88%.

He reports that courts often refuse to support military commissariats because they attempt to fine for violations that were not considered such at the time they were committed or had different amounts.

The lawyer reminded that the law does not have retroactive force.
