The occupiers struck an energy facility in the Sumy region
On the morning of October 20, Russian troops struck an energy facility in the Sumy region. More than 100 settlements were left without electricity.
This is reported by "Sumyoblenergo".
"This morning, the Russian army struck one of the energy facilities in the Sumy region. As a result, more than 37,000 subscribers in the Romensky district (104 settlements) were temporarily without electricity," the message states.
Furthermore, according to energy officials, more than 14,000 electricity consumers were left without power due to Russian military aggression in the border areas of the Sumy region (130 settlements).
"All efforts of the energy workers are aimed at restoring electricity supply to every home," the energy company states.
