Situation at the front: 170 combat engagements took place in the past day

«In the past 24 hours, 170 combat clashes were recorded. According to updated information, yesterday the enemy launched 3 missile strikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements, using 7 missiles, as well as 57 airstrikes, dropping 108 guided aerial bombs, and deploying 1366 kamikaze drones. In addition, they carried out 4241 shellings, 160 of which were from multiple launch rocket systems. Over the past day, the missile forces and artillery of the Defence Forces struck one missile and artillery asset and 9 areas where the personnel and equipment of the Russian invaders were concentrated», the report says.

It is noted that the aggressor carried out airstrikes, in particular in the areas of the settlements Kharkiv, Varvarivka, Kozacha Lopan, Berestove, Katerynivka, Uspenivka, Kostyantynopolske, Velyka Novosilka, Rozdolne, Kurakhove, Antonivka, Ulakli, Yurkovka, Tavriiske, Mala Tokmachka, and Kozatske.

According to the press service, in the Kharkiv direction the enemy attacked three times in the areas of Vovchansk and Vovchanski Khutory.

In the Kupyansk direction, there were 15 attacks by the occupiers during the day. The Defense Forces repelled the enemy’s assault actions near Petropavlivka, Kolysnykivka, Zagryzove, Lozova, Berestove, and Vyshneve.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked 21 times. They attempted to advance near Katerynivka, Stepove, Hrekivka, Terny, and in the Serebryanskyi forest.

In the Kramatorsk direction, one combat clash was recorded near Chasiv Yar.

In the Toretsk direction, the enemy made three attacks near Toretsk.

In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders stopped 35 assault and offensive actions of the aggressor in the areas of Promin, Lysivka, and Vyshneve.

In the Kurakhove direction, the Defense Forces repelled 60 attacks on our troops’ positions near Novoselidivka, Kreminna Balka, Novodmytrivka, Ostrivske, Maksymilianivka, Antonivka, and Yelyzavetivka. The occupiers most actively tried to advance in the areas of Antonivka and Yelyzavetivka.

In the Vremivsk direction, the enemy conducted five assaults on Ukrainian positions in the areas of Bohoyavlenka and Trudove, actively using assault and bomber aviation for strikes.

In the Orikhove direction, the occupiers attacked twice towards Novodanylivka, received a harsh repulse, and suffered losses.

In the Prydniprovskyi direction, the Russian invaders attempted four assaults on our military, their actions were unsuccessful.

In the Volyn and Polissya directions, there are no signs of enemy offensive group formations.

On the border with the Chernihiv and Sumy regions, the enemy actively uses artillery and aviation from Russian territory against Ukrainian settlements.

The General Staff also reminded that the operation in the Kursk region is ongoing. According to available information, Russian aviation carried out 21 strikes, using 33 guided aerial bombs on their own territory over the past day.

Ukrainian military are inflicting significant losses on the occupying forces in personnel and equipment, actively undermining the enemy’s offensive potential in the rear.
