MoD: Medical Commissions to be moved from Military Recruitment Centers to regular hospitals

The Ministry of Defence plans to transfer medical commissions from territorial recruitment centers to regular hospitals by summer.

This was reported by Deputy Minister of Defence Kateryna Chernohorenko.

«For people, it will be sufficient to visit a civilian medical facility. This can be done at their place of residence. After that, there will be no need to run around state institutions — data will be transmitted automatically. The entire process of digital document exchange will take only a few minutes», she wrote on Facebook.

According to her, the first stage will be completed within three months, and the electronic referral to the Military Medical Commission will be implemented in the "Reserve+" system. Also, the results of the medical commission will be available in electronic format.

The second stage, which will allow medical examinations for the Military Medical Commission to be completed at any hospital, will be completed by June 1, 2025.
