Russian Federation launched over 90 drones at Ukraine: Air Defence Forces shot down 60 UAVs

This was reported by Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"On the night of January 11 to 12, 2025 (from 18:00 on January 11), the enemy launched an attack with 94 strike UAVs of the Shahed type and other drone simulators of various types from the directions of Millerovo, Orel, Bryansk, Kursk," the report noted.

The air attack was countered using aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare units, mobile firing teams of the Air Forces, and the Defence Forces of Ukraine.

"As of 09:00, the downing of 60 strike UAVs of the Shahed type and other drone types has been confirmed," the military reported.

Air Defence operated in the Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Kyiv, Zaporizhzhya, Kirovohrad, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytskyi, and Donetsk regions.

Additionally, 34 enemy drone simulators were lost locationally.
