MP Bondaryev helped draft dodgers flee Ukraine: he was notified of suspicion

Member of the Ukrainian Parliament received a suspicion for organizing illegal border crossing, - Prosecutor General’s Office.

It was established that a member of the IX convocation, a member of the Committee on Transport and Infrastructure, Kostyantyn Bondaryev, sent letters to the State Border Guard Service for two years requesting permission for men to leave the country as “drivers” for his escort. As a result, 23 citizens managed to cross the state border, some of whom left and returned on their own, while others left Ukraine permanently.

Searches are being conducted at the MP’s place of residence and other involved persons. A motion to impose a preventive measure in the form of detention has been presented to the MP, which will be considered by an investigative judge.
