Donald Trump has chosen Steve Witkoff as his special representative for Russia and Ukraine.

This is reported by the American press, citing White House journalists. There is no official confirmation of this information yet.

Witkoff currently serves as Trump’s special representative in the Middle East and, according to the US president, played a key role in reaching an agreement between Israel and Hamas. Trump also stated that his administration intends to end the war in Ukraine.
