Podolyak: A war between the USA and Russia would be beneficial for Ukraine

The advisor to the Head of the Office of the President, Podolyak, stated that a direct war between the US and Russia would be beneficial for Ukraine.

"Pressure can be applied on Putin in other ways, without the necessity to escalate to a direct conflict between America and Russia. For us, this would undoubtedly be much better, as it is a war of a different level, but we understand that it is too complex," Podolyak noted.

He made this statement in response to a question about whether the US would fight Russia for Ukraine’s natural resources if Ukraine transferred them under the control of the United States.
