Ukraine will receive almost 58 million dollars in grant aid from Japan

Ukraine will receive a grant from Japan amounting to 8.8 billion Japanese yen, which is approximately $58 million for recovery projects.

This was stated by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal.

"Today we approved the relevant draft agreement between our governments," he said.

According to Shmyhal, these funds will come from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) to finance reconstruction projects.
