The Security Service of Ukraine has released photos of the debris of the "Geran-2" type "Shahed" drone that attacked the Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant on the night of February 14. To maximize the damage, the occupiers equipped it with a high-explosive warhead. The case is being investigated as a war crime.
As reported by the press service of the SSU on February 14, investigators from the special services are working at the site of the attack alongside the relevant authorities. Inside and near the shelter over the fourth power unit, fragments of the Russian UAV fuselage with a warhead and serial number were found.

According to the investigation, the occupiers attacked the ChNPP with a kamikaze drone called "Geran-2" of the "Shahed" type.
To achieve maximum fire damage, the Russians equipped it with a high-explosive warhead.

Experts estimate that the occupiers deliberately aimed at this facility, the SSU reported.
The impact damaged the structure of the shelter.

The radiation levels at the nuclear station and within the exclusion zone do not exceed permissible values; no radiation release beyond established limits has been recorded.
SSU investigators have initiated criminal proceedings, and the pre-trial investigation is ongoing under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, "Violation of the laws and customs of war."

Measures are underway to establish all the circumstances of Russia’s crime and to bring the perpetrators to justice, as reported by the special service.
