In Khmelnytskyi, a student who applied for a deferment was mobilized: the court canceled the order

In the TRC, a student who applied for a deferment was mobilized.

A student from Podilskyi State University in Khmelnytskyi, who began his studies back in 2022, went to the TRC to obtain a deferment due to his studies. However, on the same day, he was conscripted for military service, as reported by local media.

At the court, a TRC representative claimed that the application was submitted after the conscription, it did not meet the required form, and did not contain a certified copy of the military registration document.

The judge did not receive any evidence from the TRC and noted that at the time of mobilization, the man was studying full-time, and therefore was not subject to conscription.

The court declared the order illegal and annulled it.
